Health(ier) Waffles

The ultimate Sunday breakfast!

INGREDIENTS

  • 10 grams Macro Mike protein (your choice of flavour)

  • 20 grams Avalanche Coffee drinking chocolate

  • 9 grams coconut flour

  • 40 grams egg whites

  • 40 grams almond milk

  • 1 teaspoon baking powder

  • 1 tablespoon Stevia

METHOD

  1. Mix all in a bowl and let sit for 5 minutes so it can thicken.

  2. Cook in your waffle maker, or, cook in a non stick pan to make pancakes.

  3. Cook until crisp and golden, top with whatever you like!
