INGREDIENTS

  • 20 grams Smooth Light Ricotta

  • 1x 40 gram Sourdough wrap

  • 170 grams Zucchini TS

  • 20 grams Australian 4 Leaf Salad

  • 30 grams Fine Cut Coleslaw

  • 30 grams Cucumber - Raw

  • 70 grams Roast Chicken Breast Slices (Aldi)

  • 100 grams Sliced Mushrooms

  • 15 grams Mingle Better Tangy BBQ Sauce

METHOD

  1. Cook your mushrooms and zucchini in a non stick pan or air fryer until soft.

  2. Warm up chicken breast slices (if desired).

  3. Add all your ingredients to your wrap and enjoy!
