INGREDIENTS

  • 100 grams Grape Tomatoes

  • 125 grams Coles 5 Star Extra Lean Mince

  • 7.5 grams Old ElPaso Mild Taco Spice Mix

  • 20 grams Sour Cream

  • 40 grams Old ElPaso Mild Salsa

  • 40 grams Corn Kernels

  • 33.3 grams Old El Paso Nacho Corn Chips

  • 50 grams Baby Spinach and Rocket Mix

  • 75 grams Cucumber - Raw

METHOD

  1. Slice up tomatoes and cucumber.

  2. Add mince and taco spice mix to a pan, cook.

  3. To a bowl add salad, cucumber and tomato, corn chips, mince mix, salsa and corn, and top with sour cream.

  4. Enjoy!
