INGREDIENTS

  • 1x Bazaar White Lebanese Bread

  • 30 grams Australian light tasty cheese

  • 60 grams Dill Cucumbers Ts

  • 40 grams Fountain No Added Sugar Bbq Sauce (for the base)

  • 50 grams Baby Spinach Leaves

  • 50 grams Australian chicken mince

  • 50 grams English Ham

  • 73 grams Sliced Mushrooms

  • 63 grams Naturally Sweet Solanato Tomatoes

  • 20 grams Masterfoods Mild American Mustard

  • 30 grams Fountain No Added Sugar Bbq Sauce (topping)

  • 30 grams Smooth Light Ricotta

METHOD

  1. Fry off chicken mince until cooked.

  2. Place Lebanese bread on a baking or pizza tray.

  3. Add BBQ sauce to the base. Then top with all ingredients.

  4. Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes, depending on how crispy you like your pizza.
