Breakfast Calzone
Calzone for breakfast anyone?

For 1 calzone:
INGREDIENTS
Dough:
40 - 50g Self Raising Flour
Pinch of Salt
Water
Filling:
30 grams ham
50 grams mushrooms
Minced Garlic (to your tastes)
20 grams mozzarella cheese
10 grams spinach (if you can fit) .
METHOD
Mix flour and water together in a bowl with a little bit of water until it starts to come together.
Turn out and knead until smooth.
Once kneaded, put the dough between 2 baking paper sheets and roll until thin but not too thin or it will tear when you fold it.
Add your fillings to one half of the dough.
Now the tricky part! Carefully pull the dough over to form a parcel and seal the edges together by pressing together.
Cook in an air fryer for 5 minutes at 180 degrees then turn and cook for another 5 minutes.
Serve and enjoy!
