Homemade Burgers

Friday night burger night just got better!

For 2 burgers:

INGREDIENTS

  • 50 grams Iceberg Lettuce

  • 1 slice of Cheddar natural cheese

  • 15 grams Coles Special Burger Sauce

  • 70 grams tomato

  • 60 grams Golden Circle pickled sliced beetroot

  • 2x homemade Beef Rissole

  • 2x Coles High Fibre Low Gi Soft Round Roll

  • 40 grams Dill Cucumbers Ts

METHOD

  1. Make beef rissoles - I use high quality lean beef mince to reduce the fat content. You can use store bought rissoles — just be sure to check the macros if you’re tracking.

  2. Prepare all salad - slice tomatoes and pickles, chop up lettuce, drain beetroot.

  3. Grill rissoles until cooked to your liking (you can add your cheese on top whilst still cooking so it melts).

  4. Assemble, serve, enjoy!
