Banana Slice

Delicious, macro friendly and freezer friendly!

INGREDIENTS

  • 210 grams Mashed Banana

  • 2 Large Eggs

  • Splash vanilla essence

  • 1 Tablespoon Stevia

  • 1 Teaspoon baking powder

  • 60 grams Self Raising Flour

METHOD

  1. Mix all ingredients together and pour into a lined baking dish.

  2. Bake in oven at 180 degrees for 15 - 20 minutes (check after 15 minutes).

  3. Cut into 6 slices and serve with your choice of toppings.

TOPPING IDEAS

  • Ricotta or cream cheese mixed with stevia and Macro Mike Powdered PB

  • Sugar free maple syrup mixed with avalanche drinking chocolate

  • Biscoff or Nutella with berries

  • Layer as a trifle! Banana slice, Muscle Nation Custard, chocolate Natvia sauce and some whipped cream.
