INGREDIENTS

  • 300 grams Spud Lite Low Carb Potato

  • 80 grams Woolworths Heart Smart Beef Mince

  • 70 grams Sliced Mushrooms

  • 30 grams Dill Cucumbers Ts

  • 30 grams Light Smooth Ricotta

  • 20 grams Leggo’s Pizza Sauce With Garlic, Onion & Herbs

  • 63 grams Heinz Big Red Salt Reduced Condensed Tomato Soup

  • 70 grams Mixed Leaf Leafy Mix

METHOD

  1. Chop and boil the potatoes in the microwave until soft.

  2. Add mince, mushrooms, tinned tomato soup, paste to a pan and cook. Add any spices you’d like and simmer.

  3. Add diced dill cucumbers at the end of cooking time.

  4. Layer on your plate and serve with ricotta!
