Savoury Brekky Bowl

A nutritious bowl that will keep you full till lunch!

INGREDIENTS

  • 40 grams Avocado

  • 300 grams Spud Lite Low Carb Potato

  • 100 grams Coles Perino Sweet Snacking Tomatoes

  • 1x XL Coles Free Range Egg

  • 100 grams Sliced Mushrooms

  • 40 grams Super Leaf Salad mix

  • Mingle Garlic and Herb Seasoning

METHOD

  1. Cut up your potatoes and coat with Mingle Garlic and Herb Seasoning.

  2. Steam in the microwave until soft.

  3. Transfer to air fryer with sliced mushrooms and tomatoes and cook for 5 to 10 minutes until mushrooms are soft and potatoes are crisp.

  4. Cook your egg in a non stick pan to your liking.

  5. Pop everything in a bowl and enjoy!

  6. You could also add some steamed veggies for extra bulk.
